Booking an appointment on MHRS
Scheduling your outpatient consultation via official MHRS online portal or ALO 182.
1. Scheduling Your Appointment
Outpatient appointments are booked through the Central Physician Appointment System (MHRS) or by calling 182.

What to bring to the examination
Preparing previous MRI, CT scans, EMG reports, and regular medication lists for your visit.
2. Consultation Preparation
Please bring all prior radiological imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray CDs and written reports), previous discharge notes, and a list of current medications.

After the decision to operate
Detailed clinical assessment, radiological correlation, and personalized surgical or conservative planning.
3. Evaluation and Surgical Decision
Your symptoms and examination findings are correlated with imaging studies to determine whether surgery or conservative therapy is indicated.

What to expect in hospital
Preoperative anaesthesia evaluation, blood tests, and hospital admission procedures.
4. Preoperative Evaluation
Complete preoperative testing including blood work, ECG, chest radiography, and anaesthesia consultation are completed prior to surgery.

Care after discharge
Postoperative mobilization, wound care instructions, pain management, and home recovery.
5. Hospital Stay & Discharge
Patients are mobilized under medical supervision shortly after surgery. Discharge instructions and prescription medications are provided.

Follow-up appointments
Postoperative follow-up visits, suture checks, and long-term ergonomic rehabilitation guidance.
6. Follow-up and Rehabilitation
A follow-up visit is scheduled at 10-14 days for wound inspection and recovery evaluation, followed by physical therapy planning.
The process differs from patient to patient. This is a general outline; your own plan is determined by your physician.
